Does any know how to remove the black fog light covers from the front?

Just got my OEM Fusion fog light projectors today that I'm going to convert to HID, and retro fit them into the fog light housing..............just don't want to remove the bumper to do it.

removing the bumper is easier than you think, only like 4 bolts and pops off. Longest part is removing both front wheels and fender liners.

With the front cover off will I be able to remove the fog light housing, or would I still have to go in from behind the fender?

You can easily get to the fogs with the lower grills off.
