fog light setup

my 09 altima is pre-wired for fogs but there is no switch or controls on my factory stalks. If I were to get fog light assemblies and hook them up without a switch, would they come on only with the lights on or when I turn on the parking lights or would I need to find a set that comes with the controls such as this combo from courtesyparts.com??

You need some kind of remotely located switch or the combo stalk. The pre-installed fog harness is only energized by the BCM when a combo stalk with fog controls is installed.
