Fog light replacement

I need to replace a cracked fog light on my passenger side and I also need to replace the bulb on my driver side. So what I am wondering is ware can I find a OEM replacement lens, or do I have to buy a new fog light assembly? My second question is I want to replace the bulbs with yellow bulbs, what band should I get what wattage and ware to get them from? Thanks

Im sure you have replace the whole assembly

as for the bulbs Im unsure cause I dont even use my fog lights
