fog light question, please help?

Hi again fellow members!

I am thinking of upgrading my fog light on my m35 o8 to an HID 10000k. I live in florida and I am not totalling familiar with the code in this state. Is 10000k illegal here in Florida? Any help is greatly appreciated.
