Fog light Problem..please help!!

I need some help. i have 98 240sx kouki. I have a problem with my fog lights.Both my fog light are not working...I have check the wire connecting to the fog light and is okay, also The bulb seems fine to me, not broken or rattling, and the 15A fuse in the relay box is fine, too. i thought it was th fog relay but it isnt bcuz i try switching it with my friend, who also have a kouki, fog relay to mine but it not working. when i put my relay to his it work...Is there something wrong with wiring?? Please help..Any ideas?

if all that stuff is ok, then yeah it probably is the wiring or could be a relay. have you checked continuity through the wires and have you checked for the relay being stuck in an open position?

Well if your friend has the same car, why not try switching bulbs as well. If you just don't know - sometimes you have to take a few shots in the dark.
