Hi all,

Been lurking here since I bought my Pathfinder a few weeks ago. It is a Silver 2002 SE 3.5 Auto with 4WD.

Stock right now, other then slightly oversized tires (245/70R16) and I removed the mudflaps and sidesteps. I think I will be putting the mudflaps back on.

Anyway....

I did the Fog light mod this morning. My motivation for doing it was two-fold:1) Have independent control of the Fog Lights separate from the Head Lights2) To make the Fog Lights stay activated when the High Beams are activated

Outcome:1) Successful2) Not Successful

Here is what I did:

I removed the Fog Light and the AC relays. I used male/female wire connectors to connect the 1, 3 and 5 tabs on the Fog Light relay to their proper slots in the receiver. I used the same method for all the tabs on the AC relay. I spliced the 2 tab on the Fog Light relay into the 2 link on the AC relay. This gave me independent control of the Fogs, but they still turn off when I activate the high beams....

What do I need to do?

i would like to see a pic of what you did. im still trying to find the best way to do this mod. i would kind of like to have them on any time the parking lights are on but just make them work on high beam would be good enough.
