fog light... keeps burning out..

the passengers side fog light has burned out again... i put brand new bulbs in each one about 5 months ago.. because the passengers side was out so i did both of them... now the drivers side works great and they both look the same no difference.. i think its wired wrong or theres a short somewhere....

might be a bad ground or fillaments brake because of vibration.
