i guess the first question would be, are you prewired for fogs already? or do you have to do all of the wiring?

I'm pretty sure I'm not pre-wired for my car

Remove your bumper and see if youre pre wired. (08-09 models)
The harness should be taped to the wiper fluid reservoir and another harness on the right side (cant remeber the exact location, but its there)
If you are then let me know and i can guide you through the wire tap process to wire your fogs to your existing headlight stalk
(10+ AC Models) Remove the little bumper fog cover and feel around the wiper fluid reservoir for the OE fog harness.
EDIT:
If youre a 10+ AC you SHOULD be pre wired. 08-09 models i believe only the convenience package and tech packages come pre wired.

Are you suggesting that he could utilize the factory fog wiring and tap into the headlight circuit?

Correct, i wired a friends fogs that way and did mine this way.
All you need to do is a simple wire tap to the Stalk harness.
Green/yellow to red/yellow cables.

nctarheelz2,
Open up your hood.
Open up the underhood fuse box on the right hand side.
Look at the small rectanglur power block on the lower right side of the fuse box, I believe it is a 5row x 2column strip.
Look at pin outs 86+87 which are the bottom two on the first column.
If there are two wires coming from these two outputs then you are prewired for fogs.

If you are prewired, just buy the fogs and connect them to the factory harness. If you get an aftermarket H11 kit, just throw away the switch/harness that they include and connect directly to the factory one.

If you aren't prewired, you can use any switch you want; or, buy the OEM combination stalk with fog lights and jam two 16ga wires in the 86 and 87 pinouts to run to your fogs for power then ground them anywhere you like.

AND you have to get the new steering wheel stalk with the foglight switch
