Fog Light HID Kit install question

Hey I just installed my HID Kit and wiring harness on my A/C fog lights, I have a question about the connection on the bulbs. Do we have H7 spade connectors? I couldn't find it so I did not install the h7 connectors. After I finished the install my passenger foglight went out... as far as the whole install I did everything I was told in the directions. I was wondering if maybe I just didn't see the connectors that I mentioned above.

How did you connect them? did you take the stock fog light leads and plug them into an aftermarket ballast?

I connected them with the wiring harness that I bought with the kit. So I connected the harness to the ballast and to the stock oem plug and then the ballast to the hid light. Today the fog light was working, but would randomly turn off, I wonder if I should sand the grounds to have a better connection?
