I got a 97 q45 how do u changed the fog light bulbs on this car??

Pages BT-5 through BT-7 of your FSM have the instructions and drawings for fog lamp removal. In summary, remove the plastic trim piece next to the lens, remove the two 10mm bolts and the assembly comes out. The bulb is replaced from the rear.
