Thanks in advance for your help :gapteeth: With that said, I installed some HID's in the truck which I'm really happy about. I went with 3000k's in the fogs and 6000k's up top.

The one thing that's driving me absolutely INSANE is the fact that one of the fogs needs adjustment! This has been the case since I purchased the truck less then a year ago. It really wasn't a big deal then. But now with all the extra light it's WaCk!

Do these things have an adjustment screw? I took one apart again and I didn't see anything. Then again it was semi dark out.. I haven't revisited the issue fiscally since but, a searched of web and here didn't come up with much. Anywho, thanks again and lets hear it!

No, there is no adjustment screw. The only thing I can think of that you could possibly try is to buy some washers that can fit over the bolt, and put them on over the bolts. It might allow for better aim up and down, but in terms of side to side adjustment you are pretty much SOL. Unless you take some time to make up a custom mount for it.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but wanted to avoid like a plague.. Boo this.. The side to side is fine it's just that one is sitting a bit higher than the other. Not blinding anyone but it just doesn't look fReSH on the pavement. Feel me?

Anyhow, I''m loving ur truck! what light bar is that? or is it a rack? cant really see real well... Thanks for the input mang...

Cheers

No I will NOT feel you :lolling: But thanks dude. The light bar is custom and probably only cost like 15 bucks to make with stuff from lowes lol. Its just some shelving steel put together, and it screws into the roof where the tie downs for the roof rack are the little round things with the hole for a tie down. Then its just 4 hella lights two driving and two fogs....they are bright as hell :naughty: Literally you can illuminate a 6 lane highway. The only prob I have is that the light shines through the sunroof if the shade is open, and I also cant use the sunroof cause the lights cause so much wind noise....but its no biggie. They run off of 2 switches one for the driving lights and one for the fogs. An all weather plug is run along the door jam up to the roof. I will post up some pics, and a youtube video I made that shows a quick glance at how it looks.

Edit: I have since made a secondary support bracket that bolts to the back because the lights had a tendency to shake around on rough-ish roads. It helped A TON!

Youtube Video- You see the lights starting around 1:50

There is an aiming screw on the back of the fog lamp casing. I'm pretty sure when you turn the screw to the right it will aim it down and when you turn it left it will aim them up. I would suggest tightening the screw all the way first and then loosen it slowly to get them just right.

Here ya go...
