Anybody have experience with aftermarket fog lamps for Versa? My dealer said there's no specific kit, so it would cost nearly $500 to put them in my car. Each lamp assembly is $144, plus the labor to install a relay and a dash-mounted switch. There must be a better/cheaper way.

Interesting, those dealers . . .

One in my area says "no can do -- we have to make our own "kit" . . . your price quoted.

Another in my area says "Nissan should come out with something soon . . . go aftermarket"

Both dealerships say "no sport sills available" -- does anyone at these parts counters have a clue?

The third in my area says "special order; two weeks [for the fogs]" . . . and it comes cheaper than from versaspeed (no cross-border costs to me). [the sills are cheaper from Bob].

Just making sure... you have an SL, right?

S's don't come with the pre-wiring for fogs, so you'd need to go aftermarket if you have an S.
