Fog Lamps

Has anyone had any experience with replacing the glass inserts for the fog lamps on a sport model? Both of mine are cracked, and I am having a tough time finding replacement glass. I am about 30 days away from turning in my lease, and don't know what to do. The dealer will replace them at $450.00 per side, but $900.00 is alot more than I wanted to spend on a car that is getting turned back into the leasing company.
