Do I have to use load resistors to upgrade factory fog lamp bulbs to L.E.D. bulbs ?

I am not really sure. I haven't took the stock bulbs out to check them yet.

Have you read the FSM and the relationship between the ECM, and IDPM?

Changes in voltage and current draw may present you unforeseen problems
