the description says that its for the SL's, can i assume that the SLs have the wiring already in place and the S's dont?
How hard would the wiring be?

Your correct.
Wiring isn't that hard, but making it look like OEM is difficult due to the fact the SL has some sort of steering wheel stalk switch. So you have to buy a different switch to go in the dash someplace and you'd of course need to run all the wires and a relay and fuse and all that.

well i got the impression that the stock lever came with the kit, if not they also sell it there, but worst comes to worst there is a nice convenient bare spot next to the side view mirror controls, im guessing thats where the sunroof switch goes
