There was a Va focus at one of the suto X's last year. Pretty sool swap really even if it is FWD.

A company actually makes this swap possible with a kit. I think it's around $5,000 for the setup.

Even if it is FWD, id bone it ....Viper engines are V10s BTW.

You're either trolling hardcore, or you're rrreally ignorant. Either way, I'm going to bite, since I think the v8 focus cars are badass...

#1 Viper engines are V10#2 All of the focus V8's that I've seen are converted to RWD using ford rear ends and a custom driveshaft. I spoke with a fella from Kugel Komponents (the first guys to cram a v8 into a focus) and their kit was roughly 18 grand on top of the donor focus.
