So all of a sudden my fob stopped working. I changed the batteries and tried to unlock/lock the car and it does not work. I have 3 other devices that I programmed at the same time and none of them work. I have ruled out that it Is the Fob themselves. what else could cause them not to work?

also while we are on the subject any of you experience that when you try to unlock/lock the doors from the inside or with the fob it does not unlock/lock the doors? it seems like there is not enough juice to physically close it or open it. but since I don't know much about it I have not really messed with it.

I appreciate the input fellas!

2004? FOB and not Intelligent key? Could you explain a bit further?
"I changed the batteries and tried to unlock/lock the car and it does not work."
I presume you mean it stopped working, you put new batteries in the FOB, and it still is not working?
"I have 3 other devices that I programmed at the same time and none of them work."
Does this mean you have 4 different key fobs you are using with the same car?
"I have ruled out that it Is the Fob themselves."
How did you do that? Do any of them open the trunk or set the alarm off?
Beginning on page 50 of this manual:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G35/Sedan/2004/bl.pdf
you will find the info about your "remote keyless entry system" The first thing to note is all of the fuses involved. Start by checking each of them.
