FMU Question

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

A friend of mine is turboing a car and asked me if he uses a FMU at about 8:1 or 10:1 would he need anything else to make it work. Will he need a fuel pump? He is only a going for 7psi so i don't think that he needs anything else. I know that the xs enginreeing dosn't use a fuel pump, i don't know if f-max does, i know nsport does. So i'm not sure if he needs an fuel pump. Thanks.

Yes he needs a new fuel pump if he's going to be using a FMU.

10:1 is what I'm told is ideal for an FMU.
