1st cop is a douche for towing your car. normally you would have gotten the ticket, renewed the reg, went to court and the prosecutor would have thrown out the case.

I for one know first hand thats not true in NY.

I forgot to renew and wouldnt you know i had my 240 packed (5 ppl ) heading to denny's at 2am. 2 HOURS after it expired. He towed it on the spot.

tow = 110ticket =189 + misdeminorrenew = 36

Good thing i went out with the judges daughter in middle school he couldnt dismiss it so he gave me a parking on the highway which was 55.

so 55+36+110. ONTOP on dennys. What a expensive as$ dinner.
