i am getting ready to put a fmic on my 1993 240sx with an rb20det in it and i was wondering what to do with the hose attatched to the first part of the factory pipeing

A hose attatched to the factory RB piping on a 20? I am not sure where you might be talking about, so could you provide us with a picture?

I know the RB25 uses a hose off of the hot pipe to the IC for the turbo's boost signal for the wastegate. But the 20, I am not sure.
