I have Infiniti G37 4 door from California I am now using it in middle east the issue that I have is that my car radio does not catch all local radio frequency even in fine tune it adds multiples of 3 I.e. 3 points Every increment

Let's say if station that it has caught is 89.1 if you fine tune and increase 1 mechanical unit on the roller it will increase the frequency by 3 and next frequency would be 89.4 followed by 89.7,90.0, 90.3 and so on

How can I get it fixed

You'd have to get a radio from a car in a market that worked on that tuning system. I believe that a Japanese radio would work for you.
