What thickness flywheel spacer are some of you using? I'm not talking about the factory spacer but one that would be used with an adapter plate. I'm close to having mine made and am now worrying about balance.

It depends on what the thickness of your adaptor plate is. But i can measure mine when i get home if you like.

All i've got is a ruler as of now though lol so it wont be accurate at all.. buying a calipers here soon though! (Think a Mitutoyo)

Did you have your flywheel and/or rotating assembly balanced? Was the spacer balanced? If not, have you noticed any vibration not related to suspension? I'm just concerned about spacing the flywheel out from the crank 1.000+.

I have no idea if it's balanced or not.. I didn't make the parts. John Dixon did.

And there is some chatter but i had no pilot bearing in it.. so i'm hoping to get all that s*** fixed soon and i'm sure that will solve some of the chatter. Ask gs14racer, he had the same adapter as me.

I had this made up. Twice the thickness of a standard spacer, 8-9mm, can't recall exactly and now it's hiding behind my flywheel...

This was for one of Wes's plates.
