flywheel resurface question

on a rb20 is there a step in the flywheel like in a sr? i did it with no step and it ate through a clutch in 2 months. is like .08? any help.

dose anyone know? come on people you have to have changed your clutch at one time or another.

I can find out for you tomorrow. The guy I had do my flywheel goes to my church and he made sure to mill a step in my rb20 flywheel. I'll post when I find out tomorrow.~ANDREW~

do you know the two stages? is it like the sr were the clutch part is .08 of an inch deeper?

it is stepped .008 of an inch the out side is lower then the inside.

I got one ordered finally today from up-speed.com for $340 shipped, $20 more than normal so they could get it here by Friday, altho they should have been able to anyway since it's from 3 states away.

.008 dose not seem like alot but it means a world of difference. trust me unless you want to pull your transmission out 3 times to do a clutch.
