How are you supposed to get all the bolts off to remove the flywheel if it spins when you try to take em off? Is there a way to lodge it still because all my air tools and the impact wrench are gone...

Air tools is the best way, or put a 27mm socket with a breaker bar on the crank pulley to keep it from turning.

I used a socket w/breaker bar on the crank pully. Worked great.

put one of the side transmission bolts back in to one of the side holes. now have a friend use a good size flat head screw driver and the bolt as a pry point and stick the flat head into the teeth of the flywheel and stop it from turning.

if you have a long enough breaker bar, you can put the 27mm on the crankshaft, and turn the flywheel enough so that the breaker bar presses against the tension rod bracket. That will do the job of holding the crankshaft in place if you don't have a friend there to hold it.

clutch disk material. It's normal. Brake cleaner works well.

Hey R34, does your sig say that you're using 2 tanks a week, while only going 50 miles?

I think you should spend money fixing that instead of buying gas if that is the case.

it doesn't work on 2000pro. NT based systems don't have that capability.

I like 2Kpro. Very stable. I've never had it lock up on me or anything. I'm not sure I like how everything is in the startmenu on xp. Just have to get used to it I guess.
