Hey,What is the best and easiest way to remove the flywheel with out it spinning on you?

The two most common ways... Have someone with a ratchet and socket on the balancer bolt while loosening the FW bolts.Or an impact wrench.

Not unless you can use a cheater bar of some sort on the end of the ratchet on the balancer bolt. You can start turning the flywheel till the cheater bar hits the ground but that would be difficult by yourself.

ya it sucks solo doin s*** like that.. all my friends are honda guys, or dont know what a car is, so i can never get help, hey do you know if you can remove the pilot bearing without pullin the flywheel??

Yes you can and you will need the pilot bearing removal tool.
