the professional way to do this:use a pulley holder. you'll probably want a larger model, not a smaller one. it's like a vise-grip with a chain that wraps around a pulley, and it gets tighter the harder you try to turn it. make sure it's facing the right way, as it only tightens in one direction, loosens w/ greater torque in the other.now put your breaker bar and short, 12-point socket on the flywheel bolt. have an assistant hold the pulley holder while you turn your breaker bar.
and the torque spec is 76ft*lbs. if you overtorque this you'll be one of those people complaining about rattling sounds or a flywheel explosion. yes, the bolts are overengineered some, so lots of people have gotten away with torquing past this point, but at some point the bolt will start to neck, and it will be MUCH weaker after this, even if you can't see it.
