Flywheel Mounting Flange Damage On Crank - Is This Usable?

Please let me me know if I can clean it up with a dremel or not. If the flywheel is "hub centric" I am sure I am effed...

That looks pretty bad.
The flywheel on the KA centers on that and a tiny pin that's supposed to be where that flat piece of brass is.

I guess you could try and fix it, but I'd be afraid of the flywheel being slightly off center.
