I know I post all kinds of pictures of my project up here, I'm sorry if you guys are getting tired of seein these posts from me all the time but I just cant help it. I've been working so much lately and havnt had time to get into the garage hardly at all. Today I got a few hours, so I wanted to show you guys the results.

Stock flywheel, all cleaned up at my machine shop:

RPS clutch installed:

And how to pull a throwout bearing from it's sleeve. Hopefully this saves someone some time... Use a big socket and a gear puller and it comes right out:

Anyways that's it for today! Another few steps closer to having this thing running and on the road (aiming for Thanksgiving, hopefully). Sorry about ANOTHER post w/ pics of my stuff, but tell me what you guys think!

nice numbers structure, but I'll catch up- you'll see!!

Anyways hey since youve done the throwout bearing crap before-- how did you get the new bearing back onto it's sleeve? Did you go someplace and have it pressed on or did you mickey mouse something to do it? I dont want to pay someone to press a bearing for me but I dont even have a good vice at home

i just rested the edges on a vise, a couple bricks spaced apart or somethign similar would work. then put the sleeve in and tap it down. thats it
