125 ft/lbs. i suggest that you have something to hold the flywheel while your turning it because all that torque is going to move that flywheel.

in regards to resurfacing, its about $30-40. its always a good idea to ressurface a flywheel if theres hard spots or heat checks on it. if its beyond its wear limit, obviously it needs replacement.

i have spare KA flywheels if you need any, haha. 10 to be exact. haha

My cousins own a machiene shop so they do all my flywheels for free. But if your tooo cheap to have any old parts store do it. Any old parts or machiene shop should be able to do it in one day. Look at the flywheel and make shure you dont put it back in if its glazed or supper smooth your clutch will never break in. I would take a wizard tool with a 3M pad on it an lightly scuff the serface. Try to make the scuff marks from the inside to the ouside of the flywheel. Just go arround it once so you dont get too heavy of scuffs on it.

most people dont do it but when installing the flywheel u should be getting it off of a hot plate and then stick on torque down btw make sure you dont forget lock tight... if you havent get an aluminum flywheel mine as well since you got the transmission out.

i'd MUCH rather spend the money on my project car. but i was looking at the fly today and was about to torque it down but it looks like it has some heat cracks......so its off to auto zone. nother $60 gone .

you ALWAYS need to get it redone..its like rebuilding a block without honing the cyl.

does it need to be done? yeswill the car run with out it being done? yes

this car only has to run untill i get my other car running. once that happens i also have a spare ka that i'm rebuilding for this one. anyway, like i said the old fly has lots of micro fractures on it so i'm jsut gonna get a new one at auto - zone for $60 since i already have a kit.
