I have a Nissan Murano Crosscabriolet build 28- june 2011.
I did receive a lettter with regards to the recall subject soft top. Letter dated 24-01-2012, but they refer to the dealer in Concordville USA.
And I am now in Amsterdam / Netherlands = Europe.

Now I have some problems with the soft top and I need information what to do to solve the problem.
But Nissan USA is unable to assist and refers to the dealer in Concord USA, who is unwilling to provide the info and/or the materials.

Do I really need to bring the car back to the USA to get the job done ?

Who can assist ???
