Flush?

would this size wheel be flush at all with the fender if not wat would i need to get it flush. Size: 17x9.0 Offset: +12 Bolt Pattern: 4x114.3 any advice would be taken.

Link isn't working, but from the sizes and offsets I'll assume they're P45R. And yes, as long as you have coilovers and get the right tire sizes they'll fit fine and be pretty damn close to flush.

I really like those wheels, its cool that they are in 4 lug.

do u need coilovers to fit it or will lowering springs work the reason im asking is that i have a set of lowering springs that are jus sitting here and i havent got around to buying some shocks and struts and putting it all on.
