Fluids for the transmission and Dif?

I wanted to head out and pick up some transmission and dif fluids but the http://www.240sx.org site is down -

How much oil do i need for the transmission and diff in my 90 5 speed also what type and viscosity is recommended?

I just bought 5L of 75W90 Semi Synth Castrol...

Oh yeah,

There are actually several different types of gear oil.

For example in my Supra I am running Redline MT90 in the transmission and 75W90 in the Dif.Another common Redline fluid is MTL transmission fluid....

Or you could go with Royal Purple or Amsoil's different types too...

GL-5 gear oil is used in almost ALL differentials.
