Fluid in Throttle Body car won't start

i have some kind of fluid in my throttle body, i took the throttle body off and it smells like possibly burnt brake fluid or power steering fluid...dont know how that is...but however my car wont start...it cranks but wont turnover..any clues?

now i seen some cars, with anti-freeze in the throttle body but not power steering fluid.. never herd of that.

What the hell do they smell like? sounds pretty nasty bud lol. But, on a helpful note. Do you feel a loss of power steering? Or a loss of break pressure? That would tell you that theres an open line somewhere. Find out if your certan what the fluid is, if you cant tell try to describe the smell a little more in depth someone else might have incountered the same thing. I don't know for sure but the PCV rerouts into the intake so it could be blowby oil from the crank case geting in there. If you'r banking on it being PS or Break fluid, Check out all of your break lines, booster ect. For the PS, turn your car on and just turn the wheel all the way right then all the way left and keep doing it so you move the PS pump and see if a leek springs up anywhere your air intake.

edit: just realised you said it wont start, try and pull the spark plugs and see if any of that mystery fluid is in the engine

i'm gonna take a guess and say its ant-freeze and he has a blown head. that's my guess.

i cant describe the smell, it stinks that's for sure...and yeah i had some crap by the intake as well...would i be needing to replace my brake booster or lines? i just dont want to waste money on **** i dont need to...cash is strapped for now...laid off 2 weeks

go take a picutre i'll be able to tell what the fluid is probably... sounds like blown intake mainfold gaksets, or head gasket.
