Fluid in forward link of torsion beam?

2001 i30.

Thought I had a brake fluid leak. I got under the car and it seems the fluid is coming from the front link of the torsion beam. The brake lines immediately adjacent are bone dry.

I just want to be sure I am not crazy, the fluid is clear and the consistency of brake/hydraulic fluid.

Is there perhaps dampening fluid in the forward link assembly? I see nothing in the service manual about it.
