Fluid Change

Car: 2007 M35X - Stillen exhaust, Injen CAI, dropped on Espelir springs, Morimoto 3K Hid Fogs, Morimoto 6K low beams, Full interior and exterior LEDs, air horn, 35% tint all around(45% on the windshield)

So I posted before about the dealer leaving the fluids in red on the inspection report. I called them today and was told that those were the fluids that needed to be changed because I have hit the 45K milestone. The two fluids were the Brake Fluid and the Power Steering Fluid. The dealer said they would be about $130 each to change. My question is, is this something that they should change or should I go to my normals mechanic ? I think $260 is a bit excessive for just some damn fluids. But if I need to pay, I suppose I will.

Save yourself 230 bucks and follow this method for both fluids
