Fluctuating RPMs after Oil Change

I recently had second oil change at around 3100 Miles.First one was at 1000 Miles to flush metal burrs,chippings etc.

Noticed that after this recent oil change, when I start the car ,RPMs start at around 1800 RPMs and fluctuate a lot for a couple of minutes before settling down.

Is this normal? I did not have this untill this oil change? Did something go wrong during oil change?

What oil and filter were used? Does the dipstick read full?

I noticed that the Rogue takes a bit more oil than the manual states to get to the full mark. About 4.8l or 5 quarts. The manual states 4.6L or 4-7/8 quarts.

Wow,Seems like Having the same issue with everything u have.

Especially when start the car in the cold morning there is a plastic cracking sound appears about 3 Sec and the "RPMs start at around 1800 RPMs and fluctuate a lot for a couple of minutes before settling down." Mine takes about 4 MIN to settling down.

I did the oil change from dealer, but they never tell me about the "flush metal burrs,chippings etc".

Is this normal? seems like a new issue comes up.....
