fluctuating idle problem

well first problem is that the the motor won't idle below like 1500 rpmand all the sudden last night it started jumping from 1500 to 700 and back up over and over again.

any clue what it might be?

wiggle the harness at the cts see if that does anything. Then try cleaning the iacv. if neither of those work, try replacing the cts.

Hey, my friends two hunnerd sx was doing that. Id see about the MAFS plug and wiring. His would jump all over and run hella rich.

We ended up resplicing the wires and it works pretty good just the plug is bad and now it only runs ****ty if the plug is bumped.

Id check that out, im not guarenteeing anything just tryin to help.

I have had this happen aswell. What I did was check MAF, then check MAF wires to ECU, check Timing, and also check IACV. Timing and MAF wires are what did it for me.
