Fluctuating IDLE & Car idles

I have a 92 240sx. However, it had a vacuum leak and i took care of that and it seemed to do fine for a few weeks until last night. Last night. The idle started fluctuating again and i started smelling coolant. could be cuz i flushed out some coolant. But I couldnt figure out what it could be? could it be my sensor or my plugs?

Could a blown head gasket cause it too? or would it just be my ignition timing or something? Thanks again!!
