Florida Meet Jan. 25th

Sunday January 25th is the date im gonna pick. We need to decide on a time and place to meet up. It gives us enough time to plan everything out and enough notice to get the time off from work for those who need it.

Right now we have discussed a beach meet in daytona and a meet over in lake buena vista in the Disney World area. The problem we have is tryin to find a place that will be easiest for everyone to come not just one or 2 people. And bein that disney is about 75mi south/southwest of daytona i believe it would be a lot easier for the guys down south to meet over there.

if you guys have any suggestions for somewhere else to meet post it cause there is nothing official right now. Were lookin to get as big of a turn out as possible so please keep that in mind.

Can you still drive on the sand on Daytona Beach? If so, Daytona gets my vote.

well.. I'm in Jax, so if I went, Daytona > Disney.. But hey it could always be used as an excuse to go to Disney (again! I'm going this Sunday or Monday, hah)

Kinda torn, it's closer for me to go to lake buena vista, but Daytona Beach I think would be a lot more fun, plus we could drive on the beach. Haven't had a chance to do that in the A/C

Well if were lookin at a beach meet we could always go to Cocoa or something as its just about directly east of disney and not as far north as Daytona.. its 50/50 right now between disney and daytona, come on guys we need some tie breaking votes here..lol

i wasnt neccessarily saying Cocoa i was just suggesting a beach a little further south than daytona to make it easier for they guys down in tampa and .. but i wouldnt mind a beach meet.. i havent been in a while...lol

I know its not going to be "convenient" for 90% of the people coming but as a one time thing I think it'll be worth it. Plus we all know that 95 is just like a large drag strip

Cool man, from what I can gather there are probably 4 or 5 coupes in Tally. I have seen some whites ones and some pg ones, I have not seen you around yet..... what area do you hang around at?

Ok so i figure which ever has the most votes by the end of the month will be where we meet so if you plan on going put your vote in. We still need to decide on an exact place no matter the location and a time to meet.

Bein that its a sunday we could meet up in the afternoon say 3pm?

Make it a happy meal. I live near Orlando so either is good for me, but I prefer Daytona. Yes you can drive on the beach, plus traffic this time of year is light, with plenty of parking, and i'm going to the dog track to play p0ker later. A bonus summer meeting would be to rent track time as a group at daytona speedway, but a guy can dream...
