Just got off the phone with salesman...PIcking up the car in 4 hours, I know on the car slip(the thing that tells the salespareson the options on the car before it comes in) listed all the options including carpeted floor mats, and trunk mat.

Now i just looked at my invoice, and he didnt list it as an option the car had, i called to ask, he says that it will not have them. I distinctly remember the slip of paper saying the car would have them, he even mentioned it twice.

Need some input here...
Should i cause a stink about this? or just let it go...

IMO a 48k car should have floor mats.

That is rediculous. Make them give you the mats.

Tell them you will return to purchase the vehicle at the agreed price when they install the floor and trunk mats. Make sure they throw in wheel locks too!

Good luck

Well? That was yesterday. Any news? I sure hope you told them that there a lot of cars for sale...and as much as you may like the car, you can always go somewhere else.

If they want your business, they will listen and satisfy their customer.

Good luck!
