The floor mat has long had a problem staying on the nub that's supposed to hold it in place. The nub broke recently and the dealer told me that to replace the retaining hook they will have to remove the entire carpet and it would cost a few hundred dollars (they couldn't give a precise amount). Has anybody here had such a problem? How did you get it fixed?
