Floor mat retainer hook

My driver's side floor mat retainer hook is broken, presumably by the previous owner. Is that something that would be covered under warranty? Or should I just get one from Joe Tsensky?

Anyone replaced theirs? How much? Easy?

The dealer took care of mine when it was broken. Just ask, see what they say.
