I have a 2009 M35X, out of warranty. Driver side floor mat always seems to loosen and slide forward. Replaced floor pin/hook and problem still occurs.

So I assume it's a worn grommet issue and call the dealer to price replacement mat. Parts guy gives me some weird answer about being a potential Nissan problem causing problems when mat covers gas pedal. Was the mat recalled? I know the new models have 2 pins/hooks not 1.

Also, I only need drivers side mat and they are only sold in pairs. Is there an aftermarket supplier where i can just buy 1?

I would LOVE it if this was a safety issue & was covered out of warranty! Anyone?

Hey there I have 08 m and have/had the same problem, I glued velcro from underneath the floor mat and it solved the problem.

Don't need no damn OEM rubber mats. Got genuine CoCo mats that stick like flies on horse pucky...

At first glance, on top of your shifter it looked like you had an olive attached to a martini stirrer. Man I really must be out of it today...
