Okay the saga continues with my starting issues.

Had a sparky come out today and he has tested everthying but she still aint running.

Conclusion is the sparkies are being flooded with fuel and will not ignite so no bang .

Even when you disconnect the injector plugs the sparkies still get drenched in fuel.

The fuel seems to just go in the rail and back out again?

I have been told to get the injectors checked and tested as this is more than most likely the fault.

What do you guys think?

pull your injectors and soke them in carb cleaner...more then likely they are stuck open if that is happening...i had a couple like that when i got my engine.

Yer I tried soaking them finally got the fuel rail to line up and still the same issue fuel everywhere.

Also I mean there can't be that much to it its just not holding the fuel pressure at the rail and returing all the fuel to the tank so its just like a river now. Fuel comes in and fuel goes out.

Maybe I did not explain myself all to well on the latest issues so let try again.

Symptons -

Fuel is getting to the rail and just flows back out the return line. It is not being held in the rail it just goes straight in and out. The fuel in line is soft as **** and if you remove the return line its just running straight out. (not sure how this is flooding the motor but I feel once this is fixed motor will not flood)

Possible Solution -

1) FPR not holding fuel in the rail and regualting the pressure? 2) Injectors not closing and requesting to much fuel

Any one else think of anything or am I wrong in what I am suggesting / thinking?

These nissan eccs systems are very good at detecting faults; especially leaky injectors. So if you suspect your fpr, change it. But I assure you that your ecu is probably screwed-up as well. Also, you should be able to at least get it to fire somewhat. Have you even checked the codes on the ecu? This should have been the first thing you done.

Even with the injectors at full open, you'll still get some fuel returning to the tank. It's supposed to work like that.

To me it sounds like a bad ecu. Check for codes...

Yep I checked for codes nothing.

I had an auto electrician come out and he tested the ECU and all sensors and said they where all operational.

He suggested the following.

1)Injecotrs2)Fuel Pump3)FPR

As he is a mobile dude he did not have an injector thingy so he can not go all out so it has been left to me.

He spent three hours and tested every sensor and ECU and all checked out okay.
