flooded in one cylinder?

ok my car is flooded but only in one cylinder and that is cylinder #1. What does this mean? Also thought you all should no that I just replaced my injector about 3 weeks ago on that same cylinder.

Most probably your problem is a faulty injector o-ring.

Less probably, a stuck-open injector...

well I think it is flooded from trying to start it to many times.

Separate the fuel rail from the intake manifold, but keep everything connected/bolted/plugged to it. Put the car's ignition on "On" but don't start it. Then check if there's fuel leaking from under the #1 injector. That'll give you a straight answer.
