Hey, Just got of the phoen with JWT. I am haveing my Ecu reflashed for 72lbs injectors and a z32Maf. The question I have now is Should I buy JWT's 100 each injectors that are MSD 72lbs and the 225Fuel rail to go with them ? or Is there better options? that are priced better? I also had them push the rev lmit out to 7300rpms ? does that sound ok too... I figured I could hit 7300rpm easy on stock valves? if i want to but I know ill shift before that all the time anyway...

O by the way this is for a Ka24de out of a 91 240sxThanks..

7300 rpm seems a bit much for a stock KA, you dont make that much power after 6500.

With the right cams, I think you could get more power up there.

with a stock head...it would probably just cut off some 1/4 time revving that high. not gain any power

Just read around and you will see that turbo240.com (AMS) is the Shiznit . I bought Ivan's fuel system when he was doing phatka-t.com and it was the best out there. This one is about the same with some updates to make it even better. I just spent almost $2K for engine internal's yesterday at turbo240.com. It is pricey, but you get what you paid for with this fuel system.

Let me know... and I called the company that makes the kit above and there is like 3 other things i have to buy to get it to work :*( which means more Pennies out my penny bank

Use Deatschwerks injectors, they are a Nico sponsor, plus they are awesome to deal with.

deatschwerks injectors will drop right into your stock fuel rail with no mods (only if you are sidefeed )

Another good source for Nissan aftermarket fuel rails is Custom Steel in New Mexico. It is owned by Pat Pruitt, who has been active in the front wheel drive SR20 crowd for years. Pat makes SR rails, and I have one of his KA24DE rails sitting right here. http://www.customsteel.com/sr20/

How much they cost... and is it really that important to go TOP FEED ... If i can get side feed's for around 400$ and they drop right in ? I just want to know if I should really spend that money to convert or not... I have 600$ right now to buy a fuel system with I was going to go with the one above till I found the Side Feed's which got me to thinking... So now back at a stand still I have to order injecters before i send my ECU back ... so I know what size im getting...

Go with deatsch injectors. Direct drop in and no wiring needed. No need to worry abotu swapping rail. And thinking about if you tightened everything correctly.

Side feed injectors are notorious for having issues... For some reason they seem to burn out... I am not sure why... Replacement cost on a single side feed injector that has gone bad is expensive...

It would be interesting to do a poll to see who has had issues with side feed injectors versus top feed injectors...

A full fuel system with external regulator will come with an adjustable regulator.. This will allow you to do global changes of your fueling.. you can lower your fuel pressure to lean things out across the board or turn up the pressure to add more fuel... By running 10 more psi than stock you actually increase the flow potential of your injectors by about 10% allowing you to make more HP on smaller injectors...

Most external regulators also have provisions for a fuel pressure gauge or sending unit for an in cab gauge... so there is no need to buy any adaptors to hook up your gauge....

External regulators will also bypass more fuel.. Putting a Walboro 255L HP fuel pump in your car will actually increase your fuel pressure due to the fact that the stock regulator will not bypass enough fuel...

Some aftermarket fuel rails really look much better than a factory fuel rail....

So you saying the Side Feed's will burn out? I was going to use a NIsmo FPR. My problem Im having is just justifing the drop of over 600$ on 4 injectes a rail and FPr... :*( Ill call up this side feed company but ... You think In your oppion that I should do a Top feed swap...
