The parking/tail lamps and interior illumination are all driven by the same relay inside the IPDM. The interior stuff all grounds through the dimmer inside the combination meter, but the exterior lamps don't. Since those are also flickering, the meter can be eliminated as the possible cause. The exterior lamps also use different wires at the IPDM, so bad contacts or wires can be eliminated for the same reason. That leaves the fuse contacts and the relay. If the fuse contacts are clean and the fuse is good, then your IPDM is shot (the relay is internal and not replaceable).

Nope, you need the same p/n or a superseding part. NissanPartsDeal.com will generally give you the supersessions if any, just plug in your existing p/n.

According to NissanPartsDeal the -1FC0F replaced the -1FC0B. The B fit '09~'14, so even though it's an earlier version, it should work for you. Both of those p/n's were superseded by 284B7-1FC5B, so you could search for that also.

Flickering lights are usually caused by faulty electrical. Aside from the alternator, you should also check the voltage regulator.

That would be true if all the lights were flickering, but the OP says it's only the park/tails and interior illumination. The alternator (and voltage regulator, which is internal to the alternator) would be affecting everything. The cause has to be specific to those circuits, not the whole car.
