flickering interior / exterior lights

i noticed couple of days ago that all my light for my car start flickering can anyone give me any suggestion on what the problem might be i've a 2003 altima 3.5se

the problem could be not proper grounding. Grounds could have been corroded and lost its conductivity. Just a guess though.
