Flex A Lite Fans help

I have a 91 240sx KA24DE. Previous owner installed Flex a Lite fans on it but they wont turn on no matter what I do. Opened up the module and checked if it was getting power from the battery and it was, thought maybe the thermostat was broken... but the fans are supposed to come on and run at 60pct no matter what I think. did u check the fuse? check all the connections too. maybe some came loose.

yah i checked the fuses, unplugged and replugged everything. I touched the wires together without the module and fans came on, so i jus ended up ordering new module all together
