I recently got a flat tire. I'm home, thankfully. I am wondering, if i put fix-a-flat into my ( usually) nitrogen filled tire, can I fill it up with regular air? I just need it to make it to the shop.

The canned air will be fine but will make it a mess when the shop repairs the tire. You may want to buy an mobile tire pump at the likes of Target/Walmart. They are cheap and work through your cigarette lighter.

It depends on the cause of the flat. In addition, the canned air will affect the tires balance too. Take your car to a shop to repair the flat correctly.

where is the tire punctured? You can fix a hole in the tread, but not the sidewall. did you drive on the flat tire? if so, you probably damaged the tire and it would be better to replace it.
